Job Description

Adicio is the market leader in providing online classified advertising software for many of the largest media companies in the US, Europe and Australia. Our clients include major newspapers, TV, radio stations, trade publishers and trade associations.

We are currently seeking a Manager to lead and develop our Client Services team. In this role, you will be handling day to day interaction with the customer support team. This includes handling escalated client issues, mentoring the staff, developing processes and creating customer centric and technical culture. This person must have excellent people skills and possess high level technical troubleshooting skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to escalated issues within the Client Services Team Provide product and business skills training to staff Create strong relationships with key clients Assist project managers with the initial site implementation of new clients Interface with business groups to promote our company’s products and services Understand pricing and client contract terms and effectively communicate to client as needed Some limited travel may be required depending on the client Accessible via cell phone and have a working computer at home (laptop and cell phone provided by company, if needed)

 

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years management experience leading a customer service/ client service team.Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain complex product and technical information; and interface between clients and internal software development team Proven ability to mentor and grow staff within an organizationHighly motivated, flexible and possess excellent time management and organizational skills Must be a hands-on person who is proactive in seeking and applying technical knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required: College Degree 5+ years of experience.  Preferable in the software/Internet industryExperience managing a group of inside account managers/client servicesWorking knowledge of HTML, relational databases, Microsoft Office (Outlook, WORD, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Desired: Experience in related job areas (media or internet companies) Experience with Salesforce CRM, or other contact management systems
