We are looking for someone who has skills. Skills in Sales Engineering and mad skills in managing Sales Engineers. If you can bring strong experience and creativity to the challenge of managing a globally diverse team of Software Sales Engineers, then we need to know about you. If you know Java and can authoritatively explain the architecture and the workings of server-side Java and J2EE to prospects, but have now developed team management skills by being a manager for some time, then we should talk.

If you have experience in technical interactions with companies of various sizes, we may be your next opportunity.  This role will work in collaboration with Account Managers and will manage a team of Sales Engineers to take the Jive products into potential clients worldwide. We are very team-oriented and look for team members who will push for corporate and not individual success.
