Market Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities: the MI Manager will support internal client requests (primarily product marketing, product management, and sales) for ongoing and/or ad-hoc market intelligence – ranging from traditional market and competitor research to customer satisfaction, win-loss analyses and industry sizing. Experience: Prior market and/or competitor research and/or analyst relations experience is required, as is a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience in healthcare and/or IT industry preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform internal and/or project manage external vendor studies using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Projects range from market opportunity/sizing and new product development research to strategic and tactical competitive analysis. Project management skills are critical, as is current familiarity with data search tools and data sources (e.g. internet search engines, industry analysts/consultants, etc.), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable interfacing across multiple organizational levels. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be highly flexible.
