Marketing Account Coordinator - Sampling

Its consumer properties offer a comprehensive destination for the active lifestyle.Account Coordinator- Sampling ChannelFull-Time (40 hours a week) Salary: $32,500 This self-motivated, dedicated individual will serve as an Account Coordinator for sampling programs. The Account Coordinator position requires impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and will become a subject matter expert in this Active Marketing Group channel. Primary Responsibilities to include: Coordination of sampling programs, including venue/partner research and negotiation, cold-calling, fulfillment, database management, and reporting. This position will work directly with the AMG Sampling Account Manager focused on sampling programs and/or integrated programs. This position may also be required to coordinate with the in-house design team and outside vendors for the design and production of campaign promotional materials. This position will also work with other Active Marketing Group operations team members to ensure the success of client campaigns.Requires a bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year experience in account coordination, preferably in a marketing and promotions agency environment. Team player. Extremely detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple projects. Follow through a must. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint a must. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: RESPONSIBILITY % OF TIME1. Sampling Program Coordination 70%2. Integrated Campaign Coordination 10%3. Campaign/creative development/procurement 10% REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Serve as account coordinator for sampling channel Serve as account coordinator for integrated programs (as needed/assigned) Coordinate entire project under direction of account lead, tasks to include but not limited to: enrolling partners, research, negotiating, auditing, database management, creative design assistance Perform at high level with accountability and execution Complete tasks on deadline and think strategically in planning and executing programs Communicate effectively with account team members and partners Train, supervise, and delegate to part-time employees effectively Prepare first drafts of campaign performance reports and post-campaign analysis for clients on an as-needed basis. Assist in other projects as assignedTECHNICIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Years of Job experience: 1 year in campaign account coordination Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
