Marketing Apprentice

Trivantis is looking for a technology savvy Marketing Apprentice who is organized, driven, and possesses superior communication skills. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Handles all event logistics.Maintains mailing lists and databases.Coordinates printing and distribution of direct mail and other print collateral.Assists in the development of sales collateral, such as product fact sheets and sales presentations.Actively researches, seeks out and suggests new marketing programs.Ensures that all marketing projects remain on schedule, such as meeting deadlines for online ads and insertions.Provides administrative support for the sales and marketing team, when needed.Assists in the preparation of conferences, trade shows, presentations, and online forums and creates/revises presentation material.Responsible for researching competitors and market trends.Assists in coordinating necessary website changes and updates.Participates in brainstorming meetings and provides creative ideas for new or existing marketing programs.Manages activities related to the day-to-day execution of marketing plans.Completes special projects as assigned.Responsible for internal communications: develops quarterly internal newsletters and employee communications. 

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

 Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising, journalism or related field required.1-2 years of marketing, communication, and/or journalism experienceExperience with graphic design programs, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus, but not required.Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and solutions quicklyMust be detail-oriented and possess superior project management skills
