THE MARKETING ASSOCIATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Associate will have the following key responsibilities: Assist with creation of sales brochures and marketing collateral. Partner with VP to create marketing strategies Help develop marketing plans and ensure all executions deliver product messages Remain knowledgeable of ARC's target market segments Generate and manage leads via e-mail, search engine, and website marketing activities to maximize revenue from qualified leads:
  -E-mail and direct marketing campaigns.
  -Maximize organic and paid resultsfrom Internet search.
  -E-mail and phone follow-up for resulting in-bound leads.
  -Conduct initial lead qualification before hand-off to Account Managers.
  -Drive the build-out of ARC’s marketing/lead database. Responsible for managing and maintaining ARC’s website and web demonstration infrastructure.
-Expand the content and effectiveness of ARC’s web presence
-Periodically assist Account Managers in preparation of web demonstrations. Manage scheduling and logistics for monthly Polaris marketing webinars. Provide marketing support for ARC reseller program. Lead preparation and logistics for ARC’s annual trade show activity.
-National conferences.
-State & Local conferences.

SO, WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a high energy marketing professional to be apart of our dynamic team. This person will have outstanding client and communication skills, experience with Internet marketing programs, strong software and technology orientation, in addition to being a true team player(seeking both,experienced and entry level candidates). You have obtained a Bachelors Degree(marketing degree preferred, but not required). You have been in positions of measurable marketing and/or sales responsibility for at least 3 years. You have achieved results and overcome business challenges that many with your level of experience have not. You like to work for people that often assign you responsibilities beyond what your formal job description requires. You are very comfortable with, and curious about web-based technology. You are a very strong communicator with the ability to create and maintain positive business relationships – primarily through phone contact. You are passionate about customer support and relationship management. You learn new things quickly and can bring your own insights to the work you are assigned. You know how drive to measurable results and meet stretch goals. You enjoy challenging work. Benefits:
