This role will work with a virtual team of SAP SME Global and Local Marketing teams including programs, products, channels, and tele-management taking the SAP SME By Design marketing strategy and executing on a campaign approach to ensure inquiry generation, nurturing, lead conversion and KPI target achievement.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS * Perform functions and duties as requested by management.Aggregate global BOM content to construct localized DG program plan. Create robust NA messaging plan. * Execute multi-channel (online, tele, web, EM/DM) content publishing, tracking and optimization plan * Inquiry Generation: Achieve highest volume of response at lowest cost via integrated online and 3rd party leverage. * Nurture: design and execute robust segmentation plan, content, offer & contact strategy for tele + web nurture. * Collaborate and create standardized survey strategy that drives business rule/decision tree for content/offer delivery and data capture * Lead Conversion: Create and manage to cadenced tele-marketing blitz calendar – including training tele-marketing vendors, delivering expected KPIs, providing co-location support – establishing closed loop feedback for improved tele productivity and conversion metrics * Project Management: Create, maintain and deliver weekly detailed project plan and status * Perform functions and duties as requested by management. * Manages responder hosting, tracking & reporting plan * Delivers executive ready summaries of DG program progress Provides POVs on actual vs planned performance WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum 7 years experience in campaign management, lead generation, program/campaign development, and marketing communications for enterprise IT solutions. Prior tier 1 or 2 consultant-side experience a big plus. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented and uniquely creative yet analytical.. Desire to collaborate, build concensus in a team environment and support an “all hands on deck” approach as necessary. Additionally, the candidate must have strong communication skills, marketing communications programs, and project management experience. Experience in marketing enterprise application software products and/or services are ideal. Experience with supporting or being part of an international marketing and sales force is essential. At least 3-4 years of supervisory experience or project team leadership a plusEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Undergraduate degree in Marketing, General Business, Liberal Arts or Communications with commensurate experience in marketing positions.
