 Marketing Communications Coordinator

 Due to our consistent growth we are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordiantor to join our team.  As the Marketing Communications Coordinator you will work closely with the Marketing Manager in the design and strategic aspects of the marketing function.  You will work to maintain project plans and meet deadlines to achieve the sales and marketing goals of the company.  Specific responsibilities include:

 

·  Manage trade show and seminar logistics (displays, equipment, shipping)

·  Manage outsourced production of marketing materials (signs, shirts, premiums, etc.)

·  Manage physical collateral inventory

·  Manage prospect databases

·  Manage broadcasting of releases, mailings, and blast email (announcements, direct campaigns, customer updates, etc.)

·  Manage content of News & Events section of web site

·  Manage product listings with trade publications and web sites

·  Write press announcements

·  Coordinate content for monthly newsletter

·  Coordinate meetings with press contacts, analysts, and special customers (interviews, reviews, and visits)

·  Research targeted advertising vehicles and prospect lists

·  Track and report on lead generation results

·  Assist with setup and staffing of off-site events

·  Assist with editing of all marketing communications

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration 2-5 years experience in marketing commercial software or manufacturing a plus10% - 20% travel within US and Canada mostly
