Marketing Coordinator

Based in our Frisco, TX, headquarters, the Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Department with activities such as the following:

1)Collateral development and production including writing, rewriting, proofreading, and formatting a wide range of documents and presentations such as case studies, white papers, proposals, bylined articles, brochures, newsletters, articles and fact sheets. 

2)Coordinating, distributing, and tracking advertising and collateral. 

3)  Implementing direct mail campaigns.

4)  Recommending and securing promotional items.

5)  Researching and gathering industry data.

6)  Maintaining industry directories and memberships.

7)  Tracking press hits.

8)  Communicating Marketing activities company-wide.

9)  Applying functional knowledge of common software applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Ideal candidates will hold a BS degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field, and have 1-2 years related work experience along with extensive writing experience.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
