McAfee offers in-depth protection-from the network core, to perimeter defense to complete desktop security.   The company was recently named Best Employer in CMP Media’s Software Development Reader’s Choice Awards along with being chosen the Best Software Company at the CompTIA Breakaway Conference.  Leading-edge technology; fast-paced opportunity; passion, belief and commitment that drive change and create positive IT solutions for a safer world – that's McAfee.  Come be a part of our team!    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   The Director/Sr. Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing and driving new customer acquisition activities for McAfee’s consumer and small business products and services.  You will build and champion a new customer acquisition Marketing Plan that will take McAfee’s consumer and small business products into new markets, geographies and target audiences.  In addition, this individual will lead the development and execution of marketing programs both for North America as well as globally by creating programs that have the capability to be leveraged worldwide.  You will manage a team that is viewed as the “go to” experts in all facets of consumer promotion, including SEO, search engine marketing, sports marketing, viral, social media and online partner marketing.  This person will act as a strategic thinker across all areas of the business.   EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS   -  10-15 years of experience in outbound marketing with 5-10 years directly related experience in consumer promotion. -  Experience in developing and managing Web and online marketing campaigns and programs including search engine marketing and direct response marketing -  Managed a team of high performers with a high degree of success. -  Demonstrated strategic approach to web marketing and development -  Ability to think outside of the box with new, creative ways to market McAfee’s products and services. -  Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking; strong written communication and creative skills. -  Results driven, detail oriented, consistently meet deadlines and produce high quality work -  Ideal candidates will have experience in both consumer as well as small business marketing   We offer a full range of competitive benefits to our full-time employees.
