Marketing Manager, Enterprise Software Solutions

Siber Systems sells two exciting products directly to Enterprise customers.  RoboForm is a popular password manager and form filler that allows users to log into websites and web applications using a single master password. GoodSync is a fast and easy-to-use- file backup and synchronization program.  Our software is highly acclaimed and has received numerous accolades including PC Magazine Editor’s Choice, CNET’s Best Software of the Year, and PC World’s 25 Products We Can’t Live Without.

 

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager.  We need someone willing to work hard for a fast growing company and help take our company to the next level. 

 

This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for all aspects of the Enterprise marketing program including identifying, negotiating, and managing lead generation campaigns, lead development activities, lead communications and building brand awareness.  This hands-on role also manages integrated initiatives that create search engine optimization, generate and track leads, and ensure clear messaging.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Identify, execute and track lead generation campaigns.  Manage online paid search campaigns and track lead conversion rates to optimize cost per lead.

 

Create, maintain, and distribute sales collateral (customer case studies, product brochures, technical whitepapers, competitive analysis, surveys, presentations, etc.) including copywriting and desktop publishing as needed. 

 

Manage the Enterprise website for search engine and lead conversion optimization.

 

Manage tradeshow and event schedule, including booth, messaging and event logistics.

 

Run ongoing Webinar programs to deliver targeted messaging.

 

Develop and positively influence Industry Analyst relationships and market positioning

 

Perform competitive research, continuously track and analyze market developments and communicate focus shifts, trends and ideas to the product management leads and the business unit leadership.  Contribute market insight and analysis during the product process.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

The successful candidate must have at least 3-5 years of successful Enterprise software marketing experience.  The candidate must also:

 

Bring a solid understanding of communicating business problems and the ability to solve those problems.

 

Demonstrate success record in working with sales organizations and in driving revenue growth and new customer acquisitions through creative marketing campaigns and programs.

 

Have an outstanding track record of successfully defining, developing and launching new Enterprise software products to market.

 

Have experience developing solutions, messaging, positioning and pricing for different market segments.

 

Possess outstanding writing, communications, presentation and analytical skills.

 

Demonstrate experience creating and delivering communications for both print and online environments.

 

Possess Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing or related business field and at least 3-5 years of Enterprise marketing experience.
