My Client:Venture backed software company in the Boston area seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to join a growing Marketing team.  The successful candidate will have an understanding of healthcare payor operations and claim processing.   The Marketing Operations Specialist will be dedicated to expanding product and service offerings to existing customers and increasing sales through the acquisition of new business. My client is looking for serious sales individuals that love the hunt in acquiring new business in an outbound call environment, and want to be part of a growing Marketing department with in the organization.  This position offers an excellent opportunity for future growth and advancement.  Responsibilities:Develop indirect sales and marketing programs which focus on improving ROI and leveraging brandWork with team members in sales, marketing and product to develop campaign messaging, coordinate creative development and call/email deployment schedules, and ensure that all call/email campaigns are on strategy and bringing valueWork with team on creating revenue models, and tracking marketing programs against those models.Focus on the development and maintenance of professional relationships with potential healthcare clients’Execute campaigns that focus on positioning services and identifying opportunities with potential healthcare clients.
