Engineering Methods, Inc. (http//:www.engmeth.com), a rapidly expanding Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) VAR, is currently seeking to add to our marketing staff. We are the UGS (http://www.ugs.com) Channel Partner responsible for the complete UGS product line in the Midwestern States. In this position the employee will perform all activities needed to market our products effectively. In addition to researching, the employee will work with the Marketing, Sales, and Services groups to determine how best advertise the products. The candidate must be aggressive, operate under minimal supervision, and be able to learn quickly. On the job training will be provided by the cross-functional team.
Job Tasks: Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy Define improvements for the Corporate Website. Telemarket for Sales. Define and implement a customer communications strategy. Determine ROI on advertising expenditures. Define market research studies to gain knowledge about user attitudes and behavior. Develop collateral that optimally positions the strengths of our products. Develop and implement a customer satisfaction improvement plan. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Research and organize participation in trade or special production shows. Research local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings (IMN). Research to identify potential markets for products and services.
