This position is responsible for rapid, hands-on execution of marketing programs focused on cross sell and nurturing for a growing security software company. This role is both tactical and strategic. You will execute integrated marketing programs that generate leads, enhance the company brand, communicate product value, drive visibility and ensure clear messaging. This position reports to the Director of Worldwide Marketing Programs.Required Skills

Define marketing program strategy & plans, formulate and deliver targeted outbound messaging highlighting product value in working with sales partners, customers and other external parties; Create, execute and track lead generation campaigns, including the creation of fulfillment materials, e-newsletters and results reporting; Manage company website for search engine and lead conversion optimization. Manage online paid search campaigns and track lead conversion rates to optimize cost/lead; Create, maintain, and manage sales collateral (customer case studies, product brochures, technical whitepapers, presentations, etc.) including copywriting and desktop publishing as needed; Manage outsourced resources; Track budget for marketing-related activities. Required Experience

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field; Five (5) years of work experience and possess a strong business acumen; Experience creating and delivering marketing content for both print and online environments; Experience with end to end management of leads; Excellent persuasive writing skills; Experience with management of CRM tools, (Sales Logix a plus); Experience with developing and maintaining online marketing and website content; Desire to work in a high growth, rapid pace company; Self directed team player; Ability to travel 30%. Preferred Qualifications: Previous execution of marketing programs in the software industry; Previous marketing experience.
