Marketing Program Manager

Oco, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated and talented Marketing Program Manager to plan and execute our aggressive go to market strategies.  You will work with an exceptional team of Marketing and Sales professionals and play a key role in ensuring our corporate sales and marketing goals are met.  This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate with strong B2B demand generation experience who is looking for an exceptional product and company to showcase their talents.

 

As Marketing Program Manager you will: Work with the Marketing team to plan and define marketing program plans.  Each program will have the following: positioning and messages, lead acquisition and generation, content development, AR/PR, suspect nurturing, and sales training.Execute comprehensive marketing programs including project management and content writing. Define, plan, and execute email campaigns to generate leads and company awareness in target markets. Project manage the creation of a high-end dimensional direct mailers targeted at the c-level customer.  Ensure the corporate messaging and communications are consistent and meet business needs and the company’s strategic objectives. Management of creative house, list provider, and mail house will be needed to keep project on time. Project manage a co-branded Oco/Analyst firm newsletter.  Work directly with Analyst firm editor, and creative house. Support partner marketing activities including insertions in newsletters, joint webinars, and joint email campaigns.



Skills and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus.7 or more years of business to business marketing experience.Experience marketing to mid-size companies within the industrial and consumer products manufacturing verticals is preferred. Experience marketing applications delivered in a SaaS environment is a huge plus.Outstanding project management skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent writing and editing skills.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work effectively as a team member.The demonstrated ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and an excellent work ethic is a must.
