The Marketing Manager is responsible for rapid, hands-on execution of product marketing and communications initiatives for a growing healthcare software company. This role executes integrated marketing initiatives that enhance the company brand, communicate product value, generate and track leads via marketing programs, and ensure clear messaging. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Core Responsibilities:Formulate and deliver targeted messaging highlighting product value in working with sales, partners, customers, and other external parties Create, execute and track lead generation campaigns, including the creation of fulfillment materials, e-newsletters and results reporting Run ongoing marketing programs · Manage marketing operations and systems: website, e-mail management, CRM, and assist with data analysis against established metrics and goals. Work with product management and sales operations to manage, update and generate sales tools (demo scripts, competitive analysis, positioning documents) · Manage company website for search engine and lead conversion optimization. Manage online paid search campaigns and track lead conversion rates to optimize cost/lead Create and manage marketing materials and company website Create, maintain, and manage sales collateral (customer case studies, product brochures, technical whitepapers, presentations, etc.) including copywriting and desktop publishing as needed · Track budget for marketing-related activitiesRequired Experience

Bachelors degree in a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of marketing and lead generation experience
Desire to work in a high growth, rapid pace company environment
Self directed team player
Experience creating and delivering marketing content for both print and online environments
Experience with lead generation programs that drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline
Previous experience working in product marketing in a software environment
Excellent writing skills
Previous sales experience a plus
