MARKETING SPECIALIST - MARKETING EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Do you want to put your interest in Marketing to work for a growing global organization? Do you wish you could develop a broader understanding of the critical role Marketing plays within an organization? Then why not consider joining Kronos through our Marketing Employee Development (MED) Program. Employees in the MED Program are full-time Marketing Specialists participating in a work-while-you-learn program. Each MED Program employee receives 4 weeks of product and marketing training, followed by three 6 month work assignments. Each of the three work assignments will offer an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a broad range of Marketing competencies. Upon successful completion of the 18 month cycle of work assignments, the MED Program Employee will continue to work and prosper in one of the areas they were exposed to during the rotation.

Rotational work assignments will be in our 1) Marketing Program Management, 2) Product/Vertical Marketing, and 3) Solutions Marketing groups. MED Program employees will be paired with a different Assignment Mentor for each assignment. The objective of the Assignment Mentor will be to increase your knowledge through real work with real deliverables and deadlines that offer value back to the business.

Requirements

Education
. BS/BA minimum. Marketing and/or communications concentrations a plus

Experience
. 0-3 years related business and/or marketing experience
