Click Here to apply online  Overview: The Media Operations Analyst is a key individual that defines and streamlines our operational performance reporting.  Reporting to the Vice President of Ad Operations, this individual will provide executive level dashboard reporting on key metrics of the media business, including volume, pricing and yield.  The analysis provided should enable the team maximize revenue and identifies key performance opportunities.  Responsibilities:1. Monitor the media operations metrics on a daily basis and investigate any anomalies2. Develop models and analytical reports that support pricing decisions as well as forecasts in delivery, performance and account revenue growth.3. Must be able to design, create and maintain complex revenue, volume and forecast models4. Report on KPI’s on a timely basis5. Perform analyses that underpin findings and recommendations on critical initiatives; help communicate findings and recommendations to business group leadership6. Report to management and the company-at-large regarding the health of the network and the impact of any product and/or marketplace changes on a weekly basis or more frequently if necessary7. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed 8. Support the delivery, planning and account management teams, including account forecasting and account performance analysis Qualifications:1. BA/BS in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or Marketing2. 2+ years experience in a analytics role 3. Database knowledge: Ability to utilize Access, SAS or SPSS, SQL, Strata or other database packages a plus4. Expert Excel skills5. Should be a team player but also a self-motivated individual who knows where to go to find answers to questions 6. Internet Advertising background preferred7. Good writing and presentation skills8. Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through9. Proven quantitative ability and excel spreadsheet modeling skills10.
