• Network with in and become integrated with Media industry

• Partner with Senior leaders in Sales to strategize on filling a pipeline of qualified candidates and filling open requisitions

• Create and agree upon appropriate service level agreements with hiring managers

• Analyze and propose appropriate compensation packages for approval and negotiate offers at significant compensation levels

• Utilize and keep information current in Recruitment tools including but not limited to; upkeep of requisition details, tracking candidates progress throughout the hiring process, post and revise job descriptions to reflect proper hiring practices

• Educated and coach hiring managers and interview teams on best hiring practices and appropriate interviewing behavior

• Present Company in a positive and professional way to the external community

• Offer flexibility that supports the team assisting other team members when shift in staffing support is needed.

Skills: Recruitment Programs, MS Excel, MS Word Additional Skills: 5 yrs exp in Sls & Sls related recruiting.

Exp in Media Ad Industry. Demonstrate ability to source, evaluate top talent and negotiate significant comp packages.
