Client Profiles Dynamics Corp, an Atlanta based company with focus on the the legal software industry, has an exciting opportunity in our Microsoft CRM division.  We sell and implement an ISV product version of Microsoft CRM to law firms and are looking for dynamic self starters to support our Clients implementation projects.. 

 

CRM Project Consultant

 

Purpose of the Position:  To be the key resource during the execution of Microsoft CRM implementation projects.  To provide support and technology leadership to the client’s technical and supervisory staff as necessary.  The Senior Project Consultant prioritizes and delegates tasks to project team members in collaboration with the Account Manager.  The roles assumed by a Project Consultant fall under three major categories – Job Responsibilities, Technical Skills and Professional Skills.  Duties will be performed at both client sites and at home, and may involve after-hours and weekend work.  Up to 50% international and domestic travel will be required.   Travel time may include weekends and/or holidays. 

 

Job Requirements

 

General: While this position has a number of technical requirements, the critical aspect of this job is the ability to communicate effectively with senior level personnel and professionals at the client site (Director, Executive Director and Senior Management), as well as being able to work with the future managers of the CRM system being installed (Project Manager and Applications Manager.)  The work required in this position is, thus, more process intensive than technically oriented.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

· Responsible for attaining a high level of billable hours.

· Responsible for providing the highest level of consulting expertise and services in the development and implementation of projects.

· Responsible for participating in system design, implementation planning, timeline development, budget development, risk management awareness, etc.

· Responsible for effectively managing task lists and delegating appropriate tasks to team members.

· Responsible for working independently and completing the assigned consulting tasks within the time lines specified.

· Responsible for the development of proper documentation and appropriate reporting to respective managers and senior staff members.

· Responsible for the timely delivery of complete, accurate billing and expense records.

· Responsible for being an effective team leader.

· Responsible for effectively planning, organizing and conducting meetings at home office and client sites.

· Responsible for communicating clearly to team members to ensure that they fully understand what is expected of them, and to keep the Account Manager aware of anything that may impact the project’s budget or time line.

· Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction.

 

 

Technical:

 

· Ability to attain certification in supported products.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Exchange, SQL server, SQL Reporting Services and MS Office Suite.

· Basic knowledge of Access Databases and Database Structures.

· Ability to advance the technical, process, and professional capabilities of the internal team.

 

Professional:

 

· Professional conduct and dress.

· Solid writing skills and ability to produce/customize technical documentation

· Ability to maintain confidentiality in all company matters.

· Knowledge of one or more of the following:  the legal industry, other professional service industries, CRM implementation or other related work.

· Ability to keep accurate and complete time notes and adhere to scopes of work.

· Desire to provide superior consulting and produce client referrals for all installations.

· Self-motivation and desire for continued self-advancement.
