Because of our continued growth, we are looking to fill these new positions:
A CRM Manager is primarily responsible for the overall project management and delivery of client work in the CRM practice. A Manager may be responsible for one project or several projects based on availability. Client projects may vary in size and industry, but the Manager's role is to ensure successful project delivery. This will require Managers to perform detailed tasks on projects such as defining functional requirements, leading design sessions, and configuring the application to meet those requirements. A CRM Manager should focus on developing and maintaining client relationships to identify up selling and cross selling opportunities. In addition to sales responsibilities and project delivery, a Manager will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring project Team Members on methodology, business processes and technology.
A CRM Consultant will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to client delivery. Most of this client time will be focused on detailed project tasks. A small portion of client time will be spent on project management tasks. A Consultant will also be expected to participate in team building and to develop team and client relationships.
Due to the specific skills required to deliver CRM services to our clients, up to 100% travel may be required; however it typically averages around 40% throughout the year. Travel may include overnight or additional driving time to clients spread out over a geographic region. Tribridge will reimburse for mileage and out of town expenses incurred while working on a client site according to the Tribridge stated policies.
Responsibilities and Skills Required: Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement Gather and understand client functional requirements Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code Understand the functional capabilities and limitiations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training) Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications Develop data conversion and testing strategies Develop high level project work plans Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
Education, Certifications and Experience: 4 year degree in business, MIS, or equivalent preferred 2 years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM required Experience with Dynamics CRM 3.x required 5+ years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogix, or Pivotal) required Minimum 3 years consulting experience preferred Large consulting organization/Big Four consulting experience preferred Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes Proven project management experience, managing teams of 5 to 20 people Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification preferred PMI Certification preferred
