Microsoft LCS Consultant

One of UCA’s major financial services clients is seeking an LCS Expert who has good experience in using SIP protocol and developing a compliance engine for Instant Messaging application. The right candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team environment and be able to interact effectively with other team members, management and clients. The candidate must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

 

Required Skills: .NET, C#, IM - Instant Messaging, Live Communication – LCS and SIP

 

Requirements:

- .Net 1.1 developer with C#.

- LCS / SIP Expert

- Minimum two years development experience using .Net technology using Microsoft Live Communication Server. Prefer someone who has enterprise wide instant messaging solutions experience.

- Expert of the LCS RTC Server API for message filters.

- Strong understanding of IM compliance engine is desirable. The Compliance server is a application focused on supporting SEC and SOX logging and auditing requirements imposed on communication services in the financial sector

- Knowledgeable in creating scalable Multi threaded applications

- Knowledgeable of caching schemes
