Mid-level Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated entry- to mid-level software engineer to support our fast growth in the areas of engineering research and software development. You will participate in a small, agile team tasked with all aspects of development and deployment. Tasking will include architecture of system components, database design, user interface development, testing, and support. The successful applicant must have strong analytical skills in analysis and design of software components in a .NET environment, building web-applications, and strong database skills with experience with either Oracle or SQLServer. ArcGIS object model, ArcIMS and ArcSDE experience is a plus. Developers with an interest in advanced professional growth in software development are particularly encouraged to apply. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline · 3.0 GPA minimum · 3-5 years programming experience · Strong oral and written communication skills · Secret collateral with a SSBI investigation, as well as eligibility for a Top Secret clearance · U.S. Citizenship and background investigations are required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
