Mobile Application developer

This position will be responsible for full lifecycle development of softwarefor the Mobile Applications groupMUST HAVE SKILLS* 7+ years of experience in full product lifecyclesoftware design and implementation.* 2+ years development experience on one or more of thefollowing: Windows Mobile, Windows CE, Symbian (UIQ or Series 60),RIM/Blackberry, PalmOS, Android, Brew, SCADA systems, and any embedded Linux.* Familiar with one or more of the built-in securityfeatures of mobile OS’s, such as encryption, code signing, password control,and enterprise management.* Experience building solutions in the mobileenvironment, and prepared to deal with the normal issues like over-the-airdeployment, limited system resources, network latency, and power consumption.* Excellent software engineering/programming skillswith one or more of: C, C++, C#, Java* Ability to create high-level software architectureand design documents.* Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast pacedenvironment as a member of a senior development team.Highly desired:* Familiar with web technologies and frameworks such as.NET compact framework and/or SOAP and XML.* Familiar with PKI and cryptography concepts.* Experience with voice over IP, VoIP, SIP, RTSP/RTPand other streaming protocols.* Experience writing device drivers, low-level APIs, orsoftware development kits.* Strong user interface design skills.* Knowledge of networking in general and softwarebehavior in a mobile networked environment.* Familiar with mobile operator network technologiesincluding GPRS, EDGE, CSD, EVDO, UMTS,  HSDPA, etc.* Experience working on a widely-deployed commercialsoftware product, and familiar with the associated issues like patchmanagement, platform diversity, application hardening and licensing.* BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.* Ability to work in a fast-paced small teamenvironment.
