Location:  Kalamazoo, MI or Denver, CO

 

Description/Responsibilities:

 Monitor Carrier Electronic Billing formats monthly Identify new items…research and provide guidance on how to parse and report on data Identify items removed and how we’ll handle both on the parsing side and the business/reporting side Help in the process of creating new parsers as new Carrier formats emerge…responsible for defining the fields that need to be captured and where to store that informationMonitor Changes to Billing Plans and Features on Invoices New Plans identified in the electronic invoice are created in the Mobility Catalog and mapped New Features identified in the electronic invoice are created in the Mobility Catalog and mappedMonitor Equipment and Miscellaneous Charges on Invoices New Equipment codes or Miscellaneous codes that are identified in the electronic invoices are categorized and created for further clarification in the systemManage Global Mobility Catalog Rate Plans Features DevicesManage Custom Plans Create/Retire Rate Plans specifically designed for our CustomersManage Accessory Catalog Manage International Carrier Billing Formats

 

Requirements/Skills

 Strong preference for individuals with 2-3 years working in the wireless/cellular industry (account management, bill analysis, etc) Data Analysis experience Detail oriented, task driven Ability to grow technical skills related to computer skills Business research leveraging Microsoft tools Analytical/Information oriented degrees strong plus
