Position Description:

We need a cooperative team player who can work closely with a manager and team members as well as alone. Ability to function well in fast-paced work environment and the ability to work on multiple time-sensitive issues concurrently are necessary. High motivation and self-direction, sound problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting, debugging code, and decision-making skills are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as detailed-oriented organizational skills are also required. Ideal development experience should include extensive object-oriented design experience with extreme programming, especially test-driven development. Experience with Scrum, NAnt and NHibernate is a plus.


Required Skills:
** Minimum of 3 years in-depth hands-on experience with OOD, C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET, T-SQL, and HTML.
** Minimum of 1 years experience with one of the following: BizTalk or MOSS (SharePoint will do).
** Experience with Cruise Control, MSBuild, and NAnt are preferred.
** Experience with Spring.NET (or a comparable IoC framework) preferred.

Primary job responsibilities:
** Work face-to-face in Worcester, MA on a high-speed agile in-house development team using one-month iterations
** Serve as development lead/hands-on developer on project teams to develop and maintain applications
** Participate in all activities of development including use case definition, estimation, automated testing, architecture, coding and deployment
** Enhance existing automated process to streamline unit testing, integration testing, database change management, and application development
** Troubleshoot system problems and provide timely response
** Deliver high quality technical solutions in support of defined business objectives
