.NET Programmer / Developer
Online Labels ( http://www.onlinelabels.com/press/overview.htm), located in Longwood, Florida is a fast growing manufacturer and retailer of labeling products. We offer a casual, fast, and fun environment.
The position of Programmer / Developer requires that the candidate work with our existing IT staff to develop custom web based applications. This process will include analyzing user specifications and requirements, design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement complete software projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of programming, databases, server software operations, and e-commerce.
Some programming experience is required in the following areas:
ASP.NET, VB.NET Flash / ActionScript programming SQL Server – Database Design and Stored Procedures HTML and CSS
Skills below are a plus but not required:
JavaScript/AJAX experience XML/XSLT experience Web service experience Database administration and performance tuning Basic server administration / knowledge 4 year degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other related field
Required Personal Skills:
Excellent problem solving skills - ability to solve problems and quickly learn without formal training Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision Good communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to turn an idea or concept into a working model without detailed designs
