NYC- Jr-Mid Programmer Analyst NYC- Jr-Mid Programmer Analyst The successful candidate joins a long term initiative to upgrade the client’s current financial management system. This multi-million project will be implemented in multiple phases. The successful candidate will join the early stages of an implementation and will be immediately focused on writing business and technical cases for testing. The candidate should be able to leverage their technical expertise to review the client requirements and document appropriate testing scripts. Once this phase of the implementation is complete responsibilities will transition as applicable with the project deliverables and the System Development Life Cycle. The successful candidate must posses the ability and desire to work in a complex technical environment. The candidate should have up to 0 - 5 years experience providing analytical support, strong interpersonal communication and multitasking skills with following very essential skills required. - Sound technical background- Strong writing skills- Strong analytical skills- Ability to work in team as well as independently- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- A recent college hire would be accepted. We can train the candidate in many of the aspects of the job; but self-motivation, intelligence, and curiosity are key qualities. An experience candidate is preferred but the project is willing to consider recent college graduates as well as junior hires. The successful candidate should also have positive experiences working within a team, but also can work independently. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills are critical.
