Work on product development and implementation projects that span a wide variety of functions across servers, PC’s and mobile devices including advanced data collection, asset tracking, workflow processes, data analysis and reporting enabling real-time decision support and empowering actionable behavior in the field. 

Looking for a highly talented and self-driven individual to lead the mobile software development team.  The successful candidate will have a strong and diverse set of skills in software team leadership and enterprise-grade software development on Windows CE powered mobile devices.  The position involves responsibility for the design and implementation of our Mobile field force automation product on a variety of mobile devices ranging from PDA’s and Smartphone’s to purpose-built industrial devices.  These mobile devices perform data collection and work assignment/progress functions and serve as a core component of our software product.  We’re redesigning fairly large sections of our product and adding new features; redesigning 75% of code which will involve requirements analysis, requirements documents, design specifications, bug fixes and preparation for new product release.

You will work closely with product managers, architects and other team leads to develop the requirements and other technical documentation that guides product development.  You will be responsible for leading a focused team of software developers to deliver a commercially robust and high-performance implementation to the quality assurance team according to schedule.  The position offers a great work environment and technically challenging assignments that will enable the right candidate great personal growth opportunities.Skills Required

· BS or MS in Computer Science

· 7+ years of software development experience

· 1+ years of small team lead experience

· Excellent team leadership and communication skills

· Proficient in Windows CE, OOP, .NET, C#, Web Services, SQL CE; Experience using compact version of .Net

· Expert in designing complex stored procedures, SQL Tuning and optimization, Query Analyzer - a Major plus

· Experienced in developing, debugging and delivering significant enterprise-grade solutions on Pocket PC and Windows Mobile platforms

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven record of delivering results

· Agile development in a test-based development environment

· Passionately customer-focused
