( some flex depending on Exp.) 2 positions POSITION DESCRIPTION·  Design, implement, and test enterprise class, web-based HR solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies. Able to work as part of a team in an environment that values innovation and initiative.·  Software engineers need to excel in teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, analysis/problem assessment, initiative, planning & organizing, and practical learning skills.·  A detailed understanding of database driven web site architectures is a critical success factor for the position.RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED:  Proficiency in several languages:  SQL, C#, C++, Javascript. ·  Proficiency in several languages: C#, C++·  Experience using ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT·  Experience in developing with Oracle and/or SQL server database backends·  Experience with SCORM/Web-based training and Web Services a plus·  Design, implement, and test software components using a variety of tools Position two: POSITION DESCRIPTION  Work as part of an Agile development team to implement all phases of enterprise-level R&D and Delivery projects. Design, develop, test, and deliver .NET web applications using Visual Studio .NET 2003 and 2005, and SQL Server 2000 and 2005.  Migrate legacy applications from VB6 and ASP to VB.NET and ASP.NET applications as part of a larger Service Oriented Architecture initiative. Serve as the Technical-Lead on delivery projects for large (Fortune 500) corporations. Lead R&D initiatives building new .NET 2.0 webs, assemblies, and services that will be part of our new SOA-based platform. Requirements: Software Engineers must excel in teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, analysis/problem assessment, initiative, and planning & organizing. A detailed understanding of distributed architectures and data-driven web sites is a critical success factor for the position, as well as a working knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures. Experience in HR technology or HR-XML is extremely beneficial. Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server a plus. RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field, and 4 to 6 years experience in software engineering. Three years experience with Active Server Pages, Visual Basic 6.0 COM+, and ADO. Two years experience developing web applications and webservices utilizing Microsoft .NET technology (1.1 and 2.0). Two years experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000-2005, database design, stored procedure design, and DTS package design. Two years experience working with XML, XSL, and SOAP.  Thanks!
