.Net Software Developer for Fast Growing Indy Company

Reindeer Auto Relocation, one of Indianapolis’ fastest growing private companies, has an immediate opening for a .Net Software Developer. This position will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing technical solutions to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business. You will be a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results for the company software.

 

Responsibilities:

** Participate in the full-life-cycle of a client implementation, including:
** Requirements Gathering
** Business Analysis
** System Configuration
** Design, Testing and Support
** Interpret and analyze business requirements to identify risks and design appropriate solutions
** Collaborate with functional consultants to write design specifications
** Develop solutions to implement client-specific interfaces and workflows
** Develop and understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the applications
** Provide guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on such issues as performance, scalability, reliability and security
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Self-motivated, detail oriented, client oriented

Minimum Requirements:
** Associates degree in computer science or related discipline.
** Three years experience as a Web Developer with ASP.Net, and SQL Server database.


Key Technical Skills:
** Strong ASP.Net developer skills.
** Proficiency with Visual Source Safe and Visual Studio.
** Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve production problems.
** Ability to translate functional requirements or designs into detailed technical program designs.
** Strong unit testing skills.
** Ability to document test cases and results.
** Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
** Ability to provide accurate work estimates.
** Excellent unit testing skills.
