 A Fortune 500 company in Columbus, Ohio seeks a .Net Web Developer to be a visible and important member of a development group focused on the development and support of web-based applications for company and eCommerce web sites.

 

This position will design, architect and maintain .Net applications. Using web-based tools, high quality .Net web and eCommerce sites will be created to support sales, productivity and enhance customer service.

 

Essential Functions Include:Programming skills and techniques will include a strong knowledge of C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Microsoft Visual Studio.Net and SQL.  Knowledge of Windows 2003 Server and Internet Information Server (IIS)Create front-end user interfaces to new and existing databases of SQL Server and Oracle to make business applications web accessible. Provide customer support for the Web and eCommerce tools.

Qualifications include:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or comparable area.5 years experience and a high level of technical expertise in the web development field.Ability to work without supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.  Annual base salary range between $55K-$75K annual.  A full benefit package is available including major medical insurance, vacation and holiday pay.
