OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity to work closely with PrismTech’s North American & Asia/Pacific Sales Team to deliver campaigns and qualified leads for the region has arisen in their Burlington, MA office.  If you're looking for a new position in a dynamic environment in which you can succeed in both your career and financial goals then this is the position for you!!

This position includes qualifying inbound leads generated via PrismTech’s website and conference / seminar attendance, executing telemarketing campaigns, researching suspects and identifying sales prospects, development of customer interest and the tracking of these in our SalesForce.com CRM application.

PrismTech is a global company that is an acknowledged leader in providing state-of-the-art software communications platforms for mission-critical applications in Net-Centric Defense, Telecom Operations Support and Software-Defined Radio environments.  This is backed up by the company's impressive list of major international customers, including many Fortune 500 companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Achieve and exceed assigned annual quota.

-Identify and qualify inbound leads and produce quantifiable sales meetings for the respect Account Managers.

-Maintain and grow the installed base of existing customers.

-Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities.

-Achieve and exceed defined activity targets (call volume, lead follow-up, account penetration, pipeline growth, etc).

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

-The candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years experience of phone based, technical software sales role.

-The candidate must have an intrinsic interest in software & IT sectors and able to demonstrate a keenness to learn about Prismtech’s products as well as the vertical markets in which they are sold.

-The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to think on their feet and to respond effectively to problematic questions, as well as to engage, influence and persuade potential customers.

-The successful candidate is likely to have very strong interpersonal and communication skills.



Bachelor's degree or equivalent & Sales training preferred
