We are seeking an experienced BI Developer/Architect specializing in the implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE, formerly Siebel Analytics) development within a complex enterprise environment.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

 

§ Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for OBIEE demonstrating expertise in Oracle BI Server, Oracle BI Answers, Oracle BI Interactive Dashboard, Oracle BI Publisher, etc.

§ Install, configure, and administer the OBIEE platform.

§ Serve as lead in the design and development of dashboards and reports.

§ Address dashboard and report security for all user roles. 

§ Work with the ETL SME team to effectively tune and address the performance of the data warehouse.

§ Assist in defining the data warehouse architecture and technical requirements, and in coordinating the design of the consolidated data model.

§ Work directly with project management and analysts to translate user requirements into technical solutions and to resolve technical issues.



 

Job Qualifications:

 

§ Hands-on experience with designing technical architectures, implementing metadata layers, managing application security, and developing reports and dashboards using various OBIEE components.

§ Hands-on experience in data warehouse technologies including ETL, database structures, Oracle BI Server architecture, and metadata management.

§ Understanding of OLTP tiered client/server environments and OLAP techniques.

§ Seven plus years IT experience overall; at least two years using OBIEE or Siebel Analytics. 

§ Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. 

§ Strong project management and business communication skills.



 

Must be able to obtain a NACI clearance. Prior Federal contractor experience is desirable.
