McAfee offers in-depth protection-from the network core, to perimeter defense to complete desktop security.   The company was recently named Best Employer in CMP Media’s Software Development Reader’s Choice Awards along with being chosen the Best Software Company at the CompTIA Breakaway Conference.   OEM Account Manager   DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for managing the sale of MFE, Inc. products and services through a specific set of OEM partners within an assigned geography, including strategic planning and program execution. • This position is also responsible for planning, organizing and managing all OEM related functions to achieve the company objective of revenue growth, profits, and visibility within the partner community. • This is primarily a Field Sales role and will focus on the enterprise market, demonstrating an ability to manage partners with a regional and national presence. • Develop semi-annual plan which defines both revenue and non revenue objectives, including marketing, certification, technological teaming and other strategic metrics. • Conduct complete semi-annual performance reviews  • Team with Director of OEM Sales to ensure the highest ROI on the use of Market Development Funds and execution of other tactical programs • Ensure the proper performance of partner sales representatives through training, incentives and motivation, as establishing the proper communication protocol to support these initiatives. • Maintain CXO, Principle relationships in assigned partner accounts • Deliver necessary monthly management reports, including sell-through analysis and partner sales training reports • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned quota/MBO performance   EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Follows standard practices and procedures established by McAfee. • Bachelors degree preferred and/or 8-10 years relevant experience in sales (preferably OEM), marketing, product or business development. • Detailed understanding of all aspects of security and solution sales, as well as a proficient knowledge of channel sales methodology. • Proven time and account management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Expert knowledge and application of both principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products and services. • Exhibits sound oral expression and comprehension, persuasion, negotiation, listening, inductive and deductive reasoning skills. • Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined practices and policies to obtain appropriate solutions with support McAfee and Partner initiatives.   QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: • Degree, OEM experience is preferred, or like industry experience.       Click here to apply for this job http://mcafee.ats.hrsmart.com/cgi-bin/pm/click.cgi?job_id=4323&site_id=35 About McAfee Careers Contact Us Site Map Web Site Feedback Privacy Policy Anti-Piracy Policy Copyright © 2003-2007 McAfee, Inc.
