OEM and Channel Sales Manager
OEM and Channel Sales Manager:
InfinityQS is the leader in SPC (statistical process control) quality control software and services. We are a well established and profitable company that is looking for an experienced Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Channel Sales Manager to manage and continue to build our North American and Global partnership program and indirect sales organization.
In this high-profile position, this individual will compliment our existing direct sales force by leveraging his/her past experience and existing relationships to contribute a network of OEM’s, value-added resellers, international distributors, and partners for our SPC software products. He/she will be primarily responsible for developing new and managing current OEM relationships and contracts with leading complimentary manufacturing solution providers.
Successful direct or indirect sales experience working with organizations that provide enterprise-wide solutions to manufacturers is a must. This is a sales position and the compensation package includes sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
Increase sales (deeper and broader penetration) at new and existing Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM’s), value-added resellers and partnersLocate, qualify and recruit new OEM’s, value-added resellers, channel partners and international distributors Attend industry trade shows and conferences to meet and develop new relationships with potential OEM and channel partnersWork closely with InfinityQS development staff to coordinate OEM activities that aide in developing opportunities and closing salesServe as the point of contact with new and existing resellers to drive reseller productivity Train and support dealer organizations on InfinityQS products and services Manage sales opportunities with designated dealer representatives and InfinityQS global account managerEnsure OEM’s and new resellers receive both technical and marketing/sales training; work with appropriate internal teams to continuously improve and expand the training programs Meet with OEM’s, value-added resellers, partners and participate in joint sales calls as neededDevelop and manage co-marketing programs with new and existing OEM’s, resellers, such as coordinating activities and events, email blasts, PR/media relations, customer success stories, etc. Travel may be up to 50%
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of successful direct sales and/or OEM or channel software sales experience. Must have demonstrated solution selling skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales quota. Must be able to draw on a network of existing relationships in order to quickly establish revenue producing relationships. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Attention to detail, excellent organization skills and time management skills are essential. Superior oral and written communication skills are also a must. Technical Sales experience in Plant Floor Manufacturing and Plant Floor Automation Systems is highly desirable.
We offer a base salary commensurate with experience plus an excellent commission program, profit sharing, 401k and benefits package. This position is based in Chantilly, Virginia.
