OPPORTUNITY FOR SENIOR PROJECT/SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Sircon Corporation is a rapidly growing software as a service (SaaS) company focused on meeting the regulatory and compliance needs of the insurance industry. Sircon’s 1500+ customers include some of the nation’s most recognized insurance companies. Our database and transactional service offerings are delivered through the Web using advanced Internet and database technology.

 

We are looking for a technically-savvy project management/sales professional to manage our existing enterprise customer base. Our EAMs team with our Sales Directors to manage the transition from prospect to a fully implemented, referenceable client. This includes managing the implementation, transition to client support, and expansion of our services into our enterprise accounts.

 

Responsibilities:Achieving assigned revenue quota; Managing the transition from sales, implementation, and on-going support of new enterprise customers; Working with Marketing on the successful execution of lead generation programs into existing enterprise accounts; Supporting and maintaining existing revenue streams; Ensuring high customer satisfaction; Generating opportunities and responding to inquiries; Managing all aspects of the sales cycle; and Establishing strategic account plans with key clients and meeting performance objectives consistently.

Requirements:Minimum 5 years of successful account management and/or project management experience; Ability to develop and qualify opportunities; Experienced with consultation selling methods involving numerous departments and individuals; Skilled in managing large accounts; Demonstrated strong written, oral, presentation and communication skills; Insurance industry background is a plus; PMI Certification is a plus; and Must be able to work from our headquarters in Okemos, Michigan.
