Job Description

Rapidly growing radiology/cardiology software company located in St. Petersburg, Florida is seeking an Office Assistant/Manager to join its fast growing organization. The company is a technology leader in the industry with prestigious clients worldwide. The company leads the industry through its cutting edge technologies and superior products and services. This Office Assistant/Manager will be responsible for the majority of the office-related duties, including answering phones, bookkeeping and recordkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, in-house and field staff support, acting as customer service liaison, installation and tradeshow coordination, filing, data entry, taking meeting minutes, making travel arrangements, and other administrative and support functions as needed. Occasional travel may be required. There is room for growth for the right Office Assistant/Manager with the initiative and drive for continual advancement.

 

Qualifications

 An ideal candidate should possess the following:

·  Good work ethics and positive attitude

·  Excellent customer service and phone skills

·  General accounting, AP, AR, and collections experience

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·  Self starter, self-disciplined, highly organized, able to handle confidential matters with discretion, willingness to do what is required to get the job done

·  Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

·  Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of organizational hierarchy and to handle self well under pressure and in conflict situations

·  Internet research skills

·  Windows computer and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·  Prior administrative management experience
