About the Opportunity

The On-Site Account Representative (OSR) be dedicated to providing excellent customer service to a large client of Insight's.In this position, you  will manage all aspects of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and customer growth. You will manage and lead all efforts necessary to identify, acquire, and further penetrate with in the account. Cultivate solid account relationships and drive customer satisfaction. Contribute to sales growth by identifying new opportunities and driving higher growth rates within the account to improve Insight’s market position.  Be the point of reference on all software licensing and all other customer needs.  Attend training to continuously improve the knowledge and level of service required by customers.

 

Primary Responsibilities of the Insight – On-Site Account Representative:

· Be the “conduit” between the client company and Insight.  Will work with Onsite Reps, CAS team & AE to streamline processes.  Resolve issues around availability, pricing and sourcing of 3rd party software.

· Engage in planning efforts to expand Insight services.

· Service ongoing customer inquires from within client regarding software fulfillment (email & phone). 

· Participate in quarterly business reviews with senior management.

· Drive adoption of the Insight fulfillment as the single method to obtain software.  Educate and consult customers on available software offerings.

· Drive adoption of the Insight.com tool.  Act as the first point of contact for questions & escalations.  Represent the client and work with the Online Account Center Specialist to make recommendation to the site. 

· Asset Management – Assist with developing the process within the client company. 

· Ensure the client company is taking advantage of their existing contracts.

· Reports Administration – Work with the client company to identify reports that are needed on a monthly/quarterly basis.   

 

Specific Day-to Day Duties Include:

· Assist end-users in order placement

· Status open orders

· Coordinate and manage VLM programs

· Assist w/Product research, pricing requests, quotes and bids

· Coordinating rush deliveries

· Tracking software purchases

· Assisting management of software agreements

· Processing Return Authorizations

· Answering/clarify users questions

· Act as procurement support

· Have excellent organizational skills and communication skills

· Have strong problem solving skills / able to multitask

· Be knowledgeable in the software industry – including knowledge of publishers, licensing terms, and globalization.  This knowledge may come from providing customer service on these issues, procuring software, or any other roles related to business use of software.
