Operations Manager

Oak Grove Technologies, a progressive company based in Raleigh, NC,  is seeking an experience Program Manager to perform the following responsiblities...Manage programs for Special Forces related contracts that Oak Grove has been awarded;  Manage all activities related to the assigned programs; Develop and execute a program plan, including establishing and managing internal / external planning, budgets and schedules to achieve program goals; Oversee deliverables to include time and within cost; Meet performance requirements in accordance with contract terms and conditions; Act as the point of contact for interface with customers, senior management and corporate-level management on program costs, schedule, technical and contractual status; Provides program leadership, anticipates and resolves problems and ensures cooperations to meet all; Provide support for proposal preparation and renegotiations; Perform management of program personnel to include hiring, performance evaluations, mentoring and disciplining employees; Work closely with the COO, VP Operations, VP-Business Development to network and develop business opportunities as they fit into the overall corporate strategies and capabilities Required Qualifications include:Special Forces Background 5 years of related Program Managment background

Preferred Qualifications:Experience as an instructor or program developer within the USAJFKSWC; Completion of the Special Forces Qualifications course; Associates or higher degree in a business or technical field
