Oracle Application DBA

 Dev Technology Group, Inc., a growing provider of IT services to meet the mission critical needs of government, has an immediate opening for a Sr. Oracle Database Administrator.

The position will work with a small team to develop a mission critical application. Successful candidates will have five plus years of experience in the following areas:

Integrating application requirements into database objects; developing Oracle database objects (tables, packages, etc.), developing Oracle-based client-server and web applications, Knowledge of Oracle utilities (IMP, EXP, SQL Loader).


Required Skills:
Clearance: CBP clearance,DOD TS or DOD secret clearance preferred. Otherwise must be US Citizen and able to obtain CBP clearance and wait 2-3 months for interim clearance to come through.

Min. 5 years of experience in Oracle
Database modeling skills.
PL/SQL
SQL
Oracle import export skills.
Install Oracle on Linux, and Windows.
Create databases, create instances.
Understanding of Oracle DBA Views and database system architecture.
Requirments to design to implementation of a database skillset needed.
Documentation
Good communication skills.
PL/SQL programming also needed.
Understanding of Database Triggers, database objects and packages.
TOAD software for Oracle knowledge a plus.
Oracle XML packages in the database knowledge.
Oracle Partitioning a plus.


Supports multiple applications in team environment.

Non-Tech Skills:
Strong communication skills; ability to work in team environment
