Oracle Applications Developer

Inceed has a permanent opportunity for an Oracle Applications Developer in Houston, TX.  This position is with a fast-growing company in the Energy Industry close to the Greenspoint area.  Our client recently executed a global implementation of Oracle 11.5.10 and is looking for a professional to join their team as a Technical Specialist.  This candidate should have experience with database and application design, development testing, documentation, and systems maintenance and modifications.  We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experiences:

 

·          A minimum of 5 years of implementation experience with Oracle 11i Applications and development tools.

·          At least 5 years of experience in Oracle SQL/PL/SQL programming.  Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system and shell scripting.

·          Strong development skills with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Discoverer, and Workflow.

·          Knowledge of the Oracle 11i table structures and relationships plus the ability to construct efficiently tuned SQL to query and update them.

·          Strong knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and administration.

·          Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources as it relates to requirement definition, analysis, prototyping and scope consensus.
