Responsibilities: This person will participate and lead their team to review, analyze, modify, encode, test, debug, and install Oracle 11i e-biz suite programming. The team is accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development/implementation of new modules, extensions, and customizations for the 11i and bolt-on applications. Job content requires hands-on coding and development, and also guidance and mentorship to your team. Will be expected to provide technical and architectural recommendations for improving the business processes and recurring system errors. On certain projects, may work with cross functional teams that will include developers, business champions, end users, and contractors. Effective communication skills will be essential to succeed in an environment where the team members and stake holders are spread across multiple business operations and sites. **Lead developer and analyst teams to successful resolution of issues and projects**Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members**Estimate technical and organizational implications and efforts to resolve issues and implement additional functionality**Accept ownership of system issues and manage issues through triage and resolution**Monitor system issues; proactively resolve recurring issues**Develop extensions using Oracle recommended framework or tool set**Develop applications that use the Open Interfaces and APIs for Oracle E-Business Suite**Write and execute complex functions/stored procedures, code optimization, and performance tuning**Track software development progress within the group**coach and implement software development standards**Provide alternatives to design and recommend appropriate action**Design and develop application solutions to solve business functional requirements **Lead projects with functional analysts and business functional areas to research and identify the best technical solution to support the most efficient business processes**Develop technical design documents for conversions, extensions, interfaces, and reports**Participate in technology architecture design, development planning reviews, and code reviews**Optimize applications to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security**Interface with business customers to gather and document business and system requirements**Support team development environment, toolset recommendations, technology roadmap**Other responsibilities, as necessary  Requirements: ** 5+ years developing in Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite (ORA-Oracle Application Infrastructure)** Strong experience developing and maintaining Oracle 11i E-Business database objects including Oracle PL/SQL, SQL stored procedures, tables, views, packages, and 11i Application API's** In-depth knowledge of Oracle configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite, table structures and schemas, Flexfields, Concurrent Managers, and Custom Object Library** Strong experience developing with Oracle Forms 6i, Reports 6i, and Workflow **Experience in one or more of Oracle's ERP Application: G/L, P/O, P/A, Contracts **Hands on experience with more than 1 implementation** Proficiency in Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) development using Oracle JDeveloper including server-side programming using Java/J2EE/JSP technologies **Basic knowledge of Financial, and Human Resources business concepts **Experience working within established SDLC** Familiarity with Data-Warehouse and ETL concepts would be a plus** Bachelor degree, preferably Computer Science** Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and retain a Secret Clearance To Apply, please go to: https://careers.rsis.com/recruiter/cc/CCJobDetailAction.ss?command=CCViewDetail&ccid=bupJEdUjsTs%3D&job_REQUISITION_NUMBER=11741 Wyle offers a competitive salary, training reimbursement, education reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
