Job Summary: 

 

We are currently seeking a self motivated technical consultant with 3+ years of experience in developing real-time and batch mode integration with Oracle Financials AP / AR / OM / PO modules.  Primary role of Technical Consultant is to develop Oracle integrations as a member of Sabrix Professional Services team, but the other roles include requirements gathering, design, configuration and production support for Oracle customers implementing Sabrix. 

Job responsibilities include: Gather business and user requirementsPerform system design to meet requirementsCoordinate technical implementationDevelop Oracle integration customization per functional requirementsPrepare and execute test scripts and test casesEnsure all requirements are metTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, especially around Oracle integration programs.  Explain functional / technical issues and solutions to non-technical staffWrite project documentation

 

Job requirements: BS/BA degree in Information Technology or Computer ScienceMust be able to demonstrate analytical/critical thinking3+ years of hands-on experience in developing integration programs for Oracle AP / AR / OM / PO with external systems. Familiarity with Oracle Financials 11.5.9+ AP/AR/OM/PO functionality.  Familiarity with FA and PA is a plus3+ years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL, and XML Good interpersonal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with process/software gap analysis and resolutionExperience working with clients to determine transaction tax requirements, particularly with enterprise financial solutions is a plus.Experience with integrating third party enterprise tax products (e.g. Taxware and/or Vertex) is a plusJava / XML experience is a plus.  Experience with AppServers (e.g. Oracle 10g, WebLogic, or WebSphere) is a plusFamiliarity with Unix OS is a plus40-50% travel is expected
