Oracle HRMS Programmer Analyst

This position will be in the Information Technology department for Red Hat in Raleigh, NC. This job is a fully qualified, career-oriented position. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required as you will be working with end users and other IT associates to facilitate issue resolution, troubleshoot functional and technical application issues, and develop solutions/business processes to support their needs. Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Oracle HRMS and it's components. Must demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Team players, self-driven and passionate individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Strong technical proficiency and 5+ years experience with Oracle HRMS modules 11.5.10, in particular: 1. Core HRMS 2. iRecruitment 3. Benefits (Standard and/or Advanced) 4. Compensation Workbench 5. ADP/Payroll integration Experience with the following tool sets and/or technologies is also required: 1. Workflow 2. Fast Formulas 3. AME 4. pl/sql, forms, reports Strong documentation skills - preferably experience with AIM. Ability to independently complete small to medium sized projects by working directly with our internal customers.
