Oracle Practice Manager

TPSi, LLC is currently seeking a Practice Manager for our Cincinnati, OH based Oracle Consulting Practice. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

The responsibilities of the Oracle Practice Manager include: Assist in the marketing of the TPSi Oracle Practice to prospective clients.Work with TPSi Business Development staff to help identify opportunities for our consulting, Database hosting and support services.Must have general business acumen and experience, and a high-level understanding of the Oracle 'story' or sales pitch. Provide delivery and project management mentoring and training to TPSi Oracle staffProvide delivery oversight and support to project launches and projects in progress.Coordinate meetings and conferences to review and assess project performance.Monitor project performance; make recommendations for improvement.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

 

Education & Experience:B.A. /B.S. or equivalent experience

At least 10 years of IT solution delivery experience, experience with Oracle is a must

Experience applying methodology and process to project delivery

Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects, and allocating resources appropriately

 

 

Technical Knowledge & Skills: Solid business analysis techniques Solid business background including strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, and consulting skills Knowledge in applying technology to meet customer need
