Order Management Specialist - ADP

ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - ADP

Manages the coordination of the electronic file and direct entry of ADP T and Z orders on a daily basis. This includes understanding the full ADP process as it relates to Kronos. In addition, this individual must be able to communicate professionally when working with ADP Order Management to ensure all information needed to process new orders, upgrade orders (version & capacity) and hardware orders is presented on the ADP PO or via the electronic file.

Creates and distributes the ADP Units Report and the Daily No-Ship report and maintains the ADP DOA Log.

Processes orders for Kronos Australia and Kronos Mexico as well as North American and Latin American Dealers. This function includes fielding questions and making recommendations relative to the ordering process as well as warranty order requests.

Identifies potential issues and proactively communicates status updates to ADP, International Subsidiaries and Dealers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Accesses the "Denied Parties" list on the web to ensure the countries to which we are shipping are approved.

Communicates and issues Call Tags for product returns.

Understands order creation and shipping procedures for International orders in terms of licensing requirements and country of origin restrictions as well as the workflows for each individual country Kronos ships to.

Provides back-up coverage for the following areas;

ADP E & W Orders
ADP RMA Requests (including DOA replacement orders)
International Orders - UK, China & India
Dealer orders - Radiol, J&H
PSA Requests (Increases and Decreases)


QUALITIFICATIONS

High School Diploma, College degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of order management experience in the software industry is a plus.

Experience with Oracle & BPCS preferred but not necessary. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and a desire to go above and beyond to provide exemplary service is a must. Candidate should possess a tremendous ability to multi-task and take on extra projects when needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Due to month and quarter-end requirements, candidate must be able to work overtime during the last week of a month or quarter end and possibly on the Saturday of a month and quarter end.
