PC-Technical Services/Problem Solver

Combine your problem solving skills and technical interest to help our nation-wide clients in the deployment and configuration of the Epic software. You’ll work closely with knowledgeable IT staff at our customer sites to implement and support a variety of technologies, such as: • Enterprise software deployment (scripting and managing installers and update tools) • Server setup and administration (file, print, web and terminal) • Security and authentication (setting permissions, managing accounts) • Peripherals (scanners, signature capture, diagnostic tools) • Networks (consulting on network layout and requirements, wireless options) Candidates who have experience in these areas and Microsoft or Citrix certifications are preferred, though comprehensive training is provided. In addition to the primary support role, duties commonly involve troubleshooting, testing and training both Epic and third party systems. All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, a track record of academic excellence, and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Travel is typically 15%.
