PLM Consultant

As a member of our PLM implementation and consulting team, you will be responsible for creating and then successfully implementing solutions that meet clients’ business objectives.

Provide technical implementation of Web and PDM / PLM systems. This will include working with clients and internal engineering groups to determine their requirements, specify an appropriate solution and implementing the solution.  We are looking for candidates with strong core technical skills. Entry level candidates with the required skills but modest work experience are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Successful candidates should enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, be a highly motivated self-starter, able to learn quickly, able to solve problems and willing to challenge existing assumptions.  

Skills and Qualifications Programming experience (.Net, Java Object Oriented architecture) Relational database experience (Oracle MS SQL) Experience with PDM/PLM systems (ENOVIA, SmarTeam, MatrixOne, PDMWorks Enterprise) Strong demonstration of leadership Work with customer, sales team, and internal resources to architect an integration solution proposal for customer prospects Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical audiences; able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical teams; be able to make presentations to different types of audiences Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ensuring highest quality services and results, adhering to standards and best practices, exhibiting high productivity, and producing scalable, repeatable processes and deliverables
