The Product Manager Analyst is responsible for scoping projects, communicating requirements to the development team, and managing these projects from inception through completion. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Responsibilities:• Support product management throughout the web software development life cycle, assisting with documentation, testing, reporting and maintenance. • Work with a cross-functional team on the design, implementation and testing of new function/features/and site upgrades. • Coordinate with key stakeholders to define project requirements, working with the team to ensure requirements are launched according to specifications and on schedule. • Create project overviews, business requirements documents, wire frames and screen shots to support client requirements. • Work with a development team on the design, implementation and testing of new software function/features/and site upgrades. • Troubleshoot product and data issues, working with business owners, web development and 3rd party partners as needed. • Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. • Performs product configuration for portions of the system that do not have a configuration UI. You will subsequently write requirements so that a UI can be developed. • Perform 1st level data analysis using SQL on production support questions. • Enter and manage requirements into Twiki and Jira tracking tools. • Assist the Product Manager in keeping the roadmap and other related documents up to date.Qualifications & Requirements: • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Windows, Visio, HTML, SQL and Internet. • Excellent analytical and written skills. • Strong work ethic, commitment, persistence and determination. • Ability to multi-task and shift focus to match changing priorities. • Thrive on change and challenge • High energy level and highly motivated - can do attitude. • Understanding of relational database concepts. • Experience writing basic SQL to retrieve data and a good understanding of relational databases. • Ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with various internal departments and different personality types. • Proactive and accustomed to taking the initiative. • Detail-oriented with high personal standards. • Ability to produce consistent high quality work • Ability to focus on detail • Basic knowledge of agile software development processes • Ability to communicate with different personality types and roles (e.g., development, sales, support, customer) effectively and build strong relationships • Ability to learn very quickly • A love for products and software • Solid understanding of business processesDon't let this great opportunity to work with a dynamic and energetic group of individuals pass you by, please apply now!
